Bislig City is in the south of the Philippine province of Surigao del Sur. Founded as a missionary outpost in 1624, it officially became a city in 2000. Its main tourist draws are the Tinuy-an Falls, sometimes referred to as the Philippine Niagara Falls; Lawigan Beach; Hinayagan Cave; and the Togonan Cold Spring.
