Located next to Irvine on the Newport coast, Newport Dunes overlooks the water. Right next to the resort you will find the Back Bay Nature Preserve. You can park your RV at the resort or hire one of its cottages or tents. Facilities include a swimming pool, laundry room, boat launch, computer station, pet bathing, grocery store, pedal boat and kayak rentals, a playground, fitness center, and a beach. The resort accepts pets for a fee of $5 per week, as of 2010.
