Brunch is an Easter tradition for many friends and families. There are several hotels in Denver that serve brunch regularly on weekends, though most places step it up a few notches for Easter brunch. They offer more menu items, extended hours and other activities like Easter Egg hunts. Make reservations several weeks in advance to make sure your group can get in; availability fills up fast.
The Brown Palace is one of Denver's most luxurious hotels, and is often where the President stays when visiting Denver. The Brown Palace usually offers two different options for Easter brunch at its two restaurants, the Palace Arms and Ellyngton's. At The Palace Arms, guests can enjoy a prix fixe four-course meal that includes chicken and waffles, french toast, Cuban eggs benedict and a variety of other dishes. Ellyngton's hosts a more traditional brunch with different serving stations and cooked-to-order egg dishes.
