Founded in 1815, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Quebec, began as a popular fishing village due to its abundant amounts of salmon and trout. Settlers named the town after their devoted parish of Saint Anne in France. This part of Quebec's Gaspesie region is centered within a lovely cove near the Chic-Chocs Mountain and St. Lawrence River. With its inexpensive lodging and a range of year-round outdoor activities, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts has become a favorite tourist stop along the shores of Quebec.

Outside is a quaint gazebo where guests can sit and gaze at the surrounding landscape. About five miles from the motel, guests will find a golf course, quad and ATV riding, and a local theater.
