For an all inclusive rate, guests have free access to resort amenities in The Clubhouse which houses a lagoon-style pool with waterslide and spa, the Sundry Store, Games Room, Ping-Pong, Fitness Center and The Cinema. The Welcome Center, or resort office, offers an Internet café and business center for a small additional fee for those who need a place to hook in and get work done without distraction. Throughout the resort are tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playgrounds and a putting green. Equipment can be borrowed with a small deposit from The Welcome Center.
Guest accommodations include two to three bedroom condos or Townhomes and four to six bedroom houses, also called villas. All properties are in excellent condition as required by the resort's master community association and many are decorated in Disney character themes. Some of the villas feature a bathroom for each bedroom and a private pool. All properties include fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.
Rental prices are comparable to resort hotels, fluctuating with seasonal demand but offer more living space and a home-like environment. Most rentals require a minimum stay with a security deposit up front that includes any additional fees such as pool heating or cleaning.
There are various reservation websites for the resort, but Windsor Hills Best Vacation Rentals online portal is the only one endorsed by the resort's master community association and displays the Windsor Hills Member logo on all website pages. Access to the each property owner's rental and reservation information is available online.
