Oak Crest is located about 1.5 miles from downtown Eureka Springs. According to Oak Crest owners, Elaine and Don, they have been renovating and decorating the treehouses and cottages for over five years. They developed popular themes and packages for the guests and even use the suggestions of guests for decorating ideas. The three Oak Crest tree houses are nestled in the treetops and feature rustic furnishings that guests expect from a tree house.
The Chateau Treehouse is popular with newlywed couples and features a Chateau design with vibrant, earthy colors of gold, umber and raw sienna, inspired by the California wine country. Amenities include a fieldstone fireplace in the spacious living room, as well as a two-person Jacuzzi, air conditioning, kitchenette and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed that are featured in the other suites. All the rooms feature large windows overlooking the scenic countryside.
The Abbey Chateau features a church steeple on the roof outside the entrance and a Medieval theme derived from English abbeys of centuries ago. The bedroom is separated from the living room by three glass panels with intricate iron scrollwork imitating ancient abbey windows.
The Winery Chateau Tree House, inspired by California wine country, features a rustic bedroom with a tree growing through the floor and the cathedral ceiling. the living room includes a fireplace decorated with rustic logs and floor-to-ceiling windows. The sliding glass door opens onto a deck that features a panoramic, scenic view.

Terry and Patsy Miller established Treehouse Cottages in 1992. The seven hand-built tree houses are located in a woodland area close to downtown Eureka Springs. The Millers offer seven different treehouse styles that feature scenic views, 22 feet in the treetops. Amenities include wrap-around decks, Jacuzzi tubs, kitchenettes, queen-sized beds, antique decor and leather furniture.
