The Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is in the southeastern part of the park and provides amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise center, the Tenaya Spa, which offers massage therapies and facial treatments, and a fine-dining restaurant, Embers, that serves dinner every night. Reservations are required at Embers. As of summer 2010, up to two dogs are allowed to stay for a one-time fee of $75. A third dog may stay for an additional $25. Dogs are only allowed in designated rooms. Guest rooms at this hotel have king-sized beds, cable television and refrigerator.

Situated in Yosemite's Crane Flat area, Crane Flat Campground is approximately 30 minutes northwest of Yosemite Valley and features RV campsites. Dogs are allowed to stay for free, but they must be kept on a leash that is six-feet long or shorter. Also, dogs cannot be left unattended outside of the RV, and owners must clean up any mess their pets make. The campsite has 166 RV parking spots that have fire rings, food lockers and picnic tables. Up to six people are allowed per campsite. A convenience store is located Crane Flat, less than five minutes from the campsite.

Bridalveil Creek's campsite is on Glacier Point Road, which is a 45-minute drive south of Yosemite Valley. In addition to regular campsites, this campsite also offers group campsites and horse campsites. RV and tent camping is allowed on all sites. Up to six people are allowed at campsites, and up to 30 people at group campsites. Horse campsites allow six people and six horses. As of summer 2010, dogs are allowed to stay for free at this campsite. However, dogs cannot be left unattended and must be kept on a leash of six-feet or shorter. Also, dogs are not allowed the group or horse campsites. The Wawona Store, less than 10 minutes from the campsite, has a convenience store, shower facilities and dump station.

As of summer 2010, dogs are allowed to stay for a nightly fee of $15 per pet. Amenities include spa services, such as massages and skin treatments, gourmet breakfast prepared by the hotel's staff, and a meeting room for receptions and seminars. The hotel's on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. The 17 guest rooms at Groveland include a private bathroom and access to high-speed Internet.
