There are 62 spacious sites measuring approximately 30x50 feet, and include an 18x33 foot concrete pad, full hookups including sewer, water and 50-amp electricity. Cable and wireless Internet are also available through a local provider. The park has on-site security patrols and features amenities including restrooms, coin-operated laundry facilities, a clubhouse, community park, barbecue and picnic facilities, dog run, swimming pool and hot tub. Up to two medium sized pets are welcome at each site, with the exception of aggressive breeds including Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweillers and Chows.

There are 125 spaces for park model and RV residents, with site facilities including full hookups and cable television (electricity is not included in the monthly rates). La Hacienda RV Resort is a gated RV resort for adults aged 55 and over. This pet-friendly park features full hookup sites with a concrete pad and patio, free cable television and wireless Internet access and shade trees at every site. Guest amenities include a heated swimming pool and two spas, fitness center, computer lab, billiards room, library, a 9-hole putting green, shuffleboard and pickleball courts. Management welcomes incoming park models that are less than three years old and measure 12 feet wide, with 395 square feet of living area. All models are subject to manager approval prior to moving in. On-site park homes older than 10 years old require written approval by management.
