Baywood Campground and RV Park has served Gulfport since 1989. The campground is less than a mile away from the beach and only 15 minutes away from the casinos in Biloxi. Baywood offers campsites with pull-through access (no backing up) and concrete pads for level parking. Amenities include male and female bath houses with dressing areas and showers, a laundry facility, swimming pool, playground, and an on-site convenience store with camping supplies and propane gas. RV sites are full-hookup, offering water, electric (30 & 50amp), sewage, and cable television connections. Wireless internet is available. Daily, weekly and monthly rentals are available. Other amenities include a 24-hour security guard, a convenience store, a laundry facility and a handicapped accessible shower facility. Campgrounds of the South is open year-round. Reservations are required and full payment is requested when you make the reservation. The beach and public fishing ports are three miles away from the campgrounds and the nearest casino is located within a 10 minute drive.

Bay Berry RV Park has 36 rental sites. Sites include 30/50 amp electric, water, sewage and cable television connections. The site has on-site laundry facilities, but as of February 2010, the shower facility is closed for renovations. Phone or in-person reservations are required, and advance payment is due at the time you make your reservations. Bay Berry RV Park is three miles from the public beach and one exit away from the Gulfport Prime Outlet Malls---featuring stores such The Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nike---on Interstate Highway 10.
