Is the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in Milwaukee Wisconsin haunted?

The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center or National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is claimed to be haunted by both soldiers who died there and people who worked there. One of the most famous is a soldier who can be heard playing mournful bugle calls around the corridors. Another is known as "Charlie No-Face" who is said to haunt the top of Building Two. Visitors claim he walks around the balcony moaning at the top of his lungs. He’s also known to turn off lights and slam doors.
