Can you legally go outside naked in the state of Illinois?

According to the Illinois Compiled Statutes, it is illegal to appear in a public place in a state of nudity. The statute deems that a person is in a state of nudity if the person's genitals or buttocks are exposed, or if the person's breasts are exposed at any time, regardless of whether or not the breasts are covered by clothing or other objects. There are some exceptions to this law, however, including for actors or dancers who are performing in a theatrical or other entertainment venue.
