How late do bars in Louisville KY stay open particularly for the Derby Weekend?

The Kentucky General Assembly passed legislation in 2018 changing the legal hours for bars and restaurants statewide. They can now stay open until 4 a.m. each night except Sunday, when they must close at 12:30 a.m.
