The closest villas to Disney's theme parks are Disney's own resorts. Seven on-site resorts offer villa accommodations for parties of four to 12 people. Bonnet Creek Resort lies adjacent to Disney World, on property once owned by Disney. This convenient location can be a big draw for some travelers. The villa resort, owned by Wyndham, contains units of one to three bedrooms. Villas feature multiple bathrooms, full kitchens and living rooms, and in-unit laundry facilities. The resort has a large pool complex with a lazy river, on-site miniature golf course, spa, and many other activities and amenities.

Just two miles south of Disney property in the area near the Animal Kingdom park, Windsor Hills provides homelike accommodations close to the Disney magic. Though some units are owner-occupied all year long, Windsor Hills also features many condos, townhouses and detached homes for rental.
