Villas in Emerald Island may be anywhere from two- to six-bedroom units. Some units are equipped to sleep up to 16 people at a time. Many of them have their own pools, which can be heated for an extra fee, and include Jacuzzis, spas, big-screen TVs and Internet access. Several bathrooms are in each villa, depending on the size of the unit. Villa prices are set by the private owners and, as of 2010, can range from $150 a night to $300 or more. Those that find the area appealing may be interesting in purchasing a villa.

Emerald Magic is an example of one villa for rent at the resort. This particular villa has six-bedrooms and Disney themes throughout the unit like a Madagascar theme in one of the bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are master suites with en-suites and king-sized beds. The house has a game room which includes a slate bed pool table, air hockey, 42-inch LCD TV, board games and DVDs. The swimming pool and spa are covered and get sun all day. A living room, family room, dining room and kitchen make up the other rooms in the villa.
In addition to your own private villa, you will have access to the resort's amenities including a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, sun deck with loungers, hot tub, tiki houses, tennis and volleyball courts, picnic area, sauna and steam room, fitness room, playground and many trails. A shuttle to Disney World is also available. Many shopping and dining opportunities are nearby.
