Between April 16 and December 15, the rental cost for one to four guests is $300 a night or $2,100 a week. This price is for 2010 and 2011. From December 16 to April 15, the cost for one to four people is $400 per night or $2,800 per week.

    Villa Soleil

    • Overlooking St. Croix's Salt River Bay National Historic Park and Ecological Preserve, Villa Soleil is a secluded rental home minutes from the beach. This affords guests bird watching opportunities right from the comfort of a balcony. Centrally located in an exclusive housing community, Villa Soleil also is approximately 15 minutes from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The home is handicap accessible, has 10 ocean-view bedrooms, a swimming pool and a crib, booster seat and high chair to accommodate visitors with children. Other amenities include high-speed internet, an outdoor grill, outdoor hammocks, cable televisions with VCRs and DVD players, and filtered drinking water. The rate for one to two guests is $1,900 per week during the off-season, from April 16 to December 14, and $2,400 per week during peak season, from December 15 to April 15.

    Villa Ocaso

    • Surrounded by tropical trees and ocean views, Villa Ocaso is located on the island of Tobago. The beautiful exterior is made with large stones, and the ceilings feature exposed wooden beams.
