Beachview Vacation Rentals has homes both in Destin and along Destin's scenic Gulf drive. The homes either have a view of the beach or are directly on the beach itself. A few homes are available at a lower rate that are near the beach. Houses have up to 10 rooms, accommodating up to 20 guests.

Condos have either one, two or three bedrooms, and studio-style apartments are also available for rental. The condos also have tennis courts and five swimming pools on-site. Rick's Sandtrap is a small restaurant located on the private beach, offering drinks and meals such as sandwiches.
