Opening its doors in 1986, Stefanina's Italian Restaurant sits just west of downtown Wentzville. Housed in a standalone building, the casual and family-friendly restaurant features its own private lot with ample parking. The restaurant has an outdoor patio and bar area outfitted with seating. The two on-site banquet rooms hold anywhere from 35 to 80 people. Offering a host of Italian dishes, Stefanina's specializes in St. Louis-style pizza, which uses an ultra-thin crust and blended provel cheese--a mixture comprised of provolone, cheddar and Swiss. Unique samplings include a bacon cheeseburger and loaded garlic alfredo pizzas. The restaurant features take-out and delivery service, as well as a catering menu with entrees serving 10 to 100 people.
Located inside a strip mall, Rizzo's Bar & Grill serves a wide array of Italian cuisine, including tortellini, chicken parmigiano and fettuccine alfredo. The bar offers an appetizer menu, while the main dining hall features full entrees and a kid's menu. Although the restaurant offers a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, on Friday and Saturday evenings Rizzo's creates a more sophisticated environment due to a host of live musical acts and dancing. Music genres include jazz, classic rock and 80s music, all without a cover charge. For special events, Rizzo's offers a catering menu, as well as silverware, glassware and dishware for rent. Rizzo's accepts credit cards, however, an ATM sits less than a half-block away.
Beginning operations in 1989, Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pastas features restaurants in nine states, including 35 locations throughout Missouri. Wentzville's Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pastas can be found in a strip mall, and offers a casual-dining, counter-service experience. Diners choose from a selection of hot and cold submarine sandwiches, or from a pasta bar with a variety of sauces served alongside a helping of garlic bites. The restaurant offers generous portions, including premium sandwiches featuring a ¼ pound of meat. The kid's meal includes a pasta, breadstick, snack and drink. Mr. Goodcents also features take-out and delivery service.
