    • The 2 free parks in Niagara Falls are DeVeaux Woods State Park and Devil's Hole State Park. DeVeaux Woods State Park has two baseball diamonds, a playground, picnic tables, grills and a hiking trail in the old growth forest that leads to The Robert Moses Recreational Trail in Whirlpool State Park. During the winter, enjoy ice skating in the park. At Devil's Hole State Park, walk, hike, run or bike the recreational trail, or enjoy a picnic.
