• The 2 free parks in Niagara Falls are DeVeaux Woods State Park and Devil's Hole State Park. DeVeaux Woods State Park has two baseball diamonds, a playground, picnic tables, grills and a hiking trail in the old growth forest that leads to The Robert Moses Recreational Trail in Whirlpool State Park.
