There are a variety of parking options at the Nashville International Airport. They are short term, long term, economy, valet, overflow and wait for pickup.
The short-term parking area is a two-level structure for public parking and is located next to the terminal. It is meant to be used for those parking for less than one day. The cost ranges from $1.50 for 30 minutes to an hour, up to $21.00 for 11 hours. The maximum rate is $22.00 a day.
Long-term parking offers a complimentary shuttle service between the lot and the airport. The rate for this lot ranges from $1.50 for one hour, up to $9 for 8 hours, with a maximum of $10.00 a day.
Economy parking is the furthest lot from the airport and also has a complimentary airport shuttle service. The cost in this lot is $1.50 for one hour, up to $7 for 6 hours, with a maximum of $8.00 for a day.
There is an overflow lot that is used during high-travel seasons. It too has shuttle service for free and the cost to park in this lot is the same as the economy lot.
Valet parking runs from 5 a.m. to midnight from the ground transportation level. It offers added services such as a car wash, oil changes, newspapers, coffee and water. The fee for this service is a minimum of $8.00 for up to four hours, with a maximum charge of $20.00 for one day.
There is a designated cellphone/waiting area with real-time flight information monitors for individuals picking up passengers from the airport, which is free. Passengers can be picked up at the10-minute waiting area on the baggage claim level.
