How to Stay Out of Jail in Mexico

If you're thinking about zooming down to Mexico for some cheap dental work, medications or just a weekend in Ensenada or Rosarita Beach, you better pay attention. Things have changed. Some Mexican police are pulling over tourists for minor infractions, then asking for money. Here is some sage advice to follow so you won't be calling parents/friends for bail money.
