Obey all posted speed limit and traffic control signs. If you're stopped by police in Tijuana, Ensenada or Rosarita Beach, politely ask for a written citation that you can pay by mail or quickly at the police station.
If you're stopped for no reason, ask to be taken to the closest municipal court judge, then explain your situation about why you were stopped.
