Busch Gardens features the characters of Sesame Street so children may join their Sesame Street friends such as Elmo, Grover and Cookie Monster in a song and dance performance in Sunny Days Celebration. Other children may enjoy watching animals perform different stunts in More Pet Shenanigans.
Children will enjoy riding Grover's Alpine Express, a roller coaster, or playing in Elmo's Castle, which includes an interactive stage and a wet play area. The children may also meet their favorite characters in the 1-2-3, Smile with Me spot.
Children can climb on a play-scape designed like dragons or explore the three-tier tree house in this area. They may also ride the bug cars, or take a boat ride in the pool. The Land of the Dragons also features a dragon-inspired Ferris wheel.
Children may also ride on several other attractions. They will enjoy classic rides like the carousel, bumper cars and swings. They also will experience water rides with the entire family such as Rhine River or Riffle Rapids.
Children love animals and will enjoy seeing the animals at Busch Gardens, especially the legendary Clydesdale horses. They will also appreciate the colorful Lorikeet Glen birds and their cheery songs.
