Can tourists actually go to the top of Leaning Tower Pisa?

No. Unfortunately, tourists are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa due to safety concerns. As the tower is structurally unsound, it is considered too dangerous to allow public access to the summit. Visitors can however climb the stairs to the first landing for a partially restricted view from halfway up the tower.
