"Traveling To" vs. "Traveling In": The Right Preposition

"Traveling to" is the correct phrase when indicating a destination.

Why:

• To marks direction, endpoint, or goal: "I'm traveling to Paris."
• In marks location or containment: "I'm traveling in France" (already there, moving within).

You travel to a place; once arrived, you travel in it.
