Do you need visa to go Ukraine from Italy?

Citizens of countries of the European Union (including Italy) do not need a visa to visit Ukraine for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. To enter Ukraine, EU citizens must present a valid passport or other travel document recognized by Ukraine. The passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of intended departure from Ukraine.

EU citizens are not required to register with the Ukrainian authorities upon arrival. However, they are required to declare any cash or other valuables they bring into the country in excess of a certain amount.

For stays longer than 90 days, EU citizens must apply for a temporary residence permit from the State Migration Service of Ukraine. The application must be submitted within 90 days of arrival in Ukraine. The temporary residence permit fee is 125 USD.
