This Italian restaurant is inside the modern wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. Guests can sit in a dining room is filled with natural light gleaming from three walls of windows or grab a table in the rooftop sculpture garden with a view of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park. Chef Tony Mantuano is the creator behind Terzo Piano's lunch-only menu which features sandwiches, pastas, salads and entrees, made with ingredients from regional farms. The Gage is an old millinery turned into a modern tavern. The décor still maintains a vintage feel with a 50-foot mahogany bar, sliding steel doors that lead into four dining rooms and a vintage whiskey case displaying primo labels.
