No.

Based on Bank Indonesia regulation (PBI) No. 18/40/PBI/2016 about National Payment Gateway, all banks in Indonesia are required to participate in the National Payment Gateway (GPN) system. However, not all banks in Indonesia are required to use the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) format. Only banks that have joined the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) are required to use the IBAN format.

As of 2023, there are 124 banks in Indonesia that have joined SWIFT. These banks are required to use the IBAN format for all international transactions. The list of banks that have joined SWIFT can be found on the SWIFT website.
