Where can you change 500 euro notes in Dublin?

It's not possible to change 500 euro notes in Dublin, or indeed anywhere else in the eurozone. Issuance of the 500 euro note was stopped by the European Central Bank in 2016, and any remaining notes should have been changed for lower denominations by early 2019.
