How to mail postcards to Romania from the US
1. Purchase postage stamps from the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can purchase stamps online, at a post office, or at most grocery stores.
2. Address the postcard. Write the recipient's name and address in the center of the postcard. The address should be written in the following format:

3. Affix the postage stamp to the postcard. Place the stamp in the upper right-hand corner of the postcard.
4. Take the postcard to a post office or mail it in a mailbox.
