- Go to the official website of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) at https://gseb.org/
Step 2: Click on the "Certificate" tab
- On the homepage, hover your mouse over the "Certificate" tab located in the top menu bar.
Step 3: Select the "Eligibility Certificate" option
- From the drop-down menu, select the option "Eligibility Certificate".
Step 4: Read the instructions carefully
- On the next page, you will see a detailed description of the eligibility certificate and the requirements for applying. Read all the instructions carefully to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Step 5: Fill out the application form
- Click on the "Apply Online" button to access the application form. Fill out all the required fields in the form, such as your personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents
- Along with the application form, you will need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- HSC (12th) mark sheet
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
- Character Certificate from last school
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
Step 7: Pay the application fee
- After uploading the documents, you will need to pay the application fee. The fee can be paid online through various payment modes such as credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Step 8: Submit the application form
- Once you have paid the fee, review your application form and ensure that all the information is correct. Then, click on the "Submit" button to submit your application.
Step 9: Track your application status
- After submitting the application, you can track its status by entering your application number and password on the GSEB website.
Step 10: Collect the eligibility certificate
- Once your application is approved, you will be able to collect your eligibility certificate from the GSEB office. You will need to present the following documents at the time of collection:
- Original HSC (12th) mark sheet
- Original School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
- Original Character Certificate from last school
- Original Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Original Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
- Two passport-size photographs
- A self-addressed stamped envelope
