Tauck Tours offers several Irish tour options.
  1. "Best of Ireland"

    • Tauck's most comprehensive tour is the "Best of Ireland," a 13-day trip across the Emerald Isle. Start your journey with a dinner reception at the Old Ground Hotel in the town of Ennis. Travel down the coast to the Cliffs of Moher, on your way to a night's stay in Ashford Castle on Loch Corrib. Spend the next day exploring Connemara and tour Kylemore Abbey. Spend another night at Ashford Castle, and then travel to Sligo, home of noted poet Y.B. Yeats. Stay two nights in Donegal in Harvey's Point Country Hotel. Journey to Dublin, where you'll spend two days exploring the city. Attend an Irish house party, complete with live music and dancing, and tour Trinity College and Dublin Castle. The next day, wind your way through the Wicklow Mountains to the medieval town of Kilkenney, where you'll spend the night. The next day's activities include a tour of a Waterford Crystal center and a distillery. Spend the night at Cork in a country manor house, before moving on to the Blarney Stone and the Lakes of Killarney. Spend your final three days driving the 100-mile Ring of Kerry route, visiting a working dairy farm and touring Dromoland Castle, where you'll attend a farewell cocktail reception and dinner.

"Best of Ireland Featuring Northern Ireland"

    • The "Best of Ireland Featuring Northern Ireland" 13-day tour offers many of the same destinations as the "Best of Ireland" tour, but adds three days in Northern Ireland to the itinerary. Northern Ireland destinations include visits to the Ulster American Folk Park, two nights at a five-star golf resort in the Fermanagh Lakelands region, sightseeing the mysterious stone pillars at Giant's Causeway and a morning exploring the city of Belfast.

    "A Week in Ireland"

    • Tauck's "A Week in Ireland" tour includes some of Ireland's most popular tourist destinations. Drive down the coast to Dormoland Castle, where you'll spend two nights exploring the 410-acre grounds. Visit the Molanna Dairy Farm and a two-night stay at a five-star hotel built on the ruins of an old castle in Killarney. Visit the Blarney Stone, and then take a first-class train car to Dublin, where you'll explore the city's culture for three nights. Your Dublin stay will include an in-depth tour of the city, an Irish dance event and free time to explore the city at your leisure. End your tour with a visit to the ruins of the medieval village of Glendalough followed by a goodbye dinner and cocktails in Dublin.
