Select up to four ingredients for your omelet.The restaurant features traditional eggs and bacon, and for your sweet tooth, cinnamon buns and danish pastries are available.       The Good Egg has three locations in Tucson as of 2010. The menu changes yearly, keeping popular favorites and adding new ingredients to perk up the breakfast menu. Along with tradition bacon and eggs, pancakes and french toast, you can order a breakfast sandwich in a bagel, croissant or biscuit. Steak and eggs have been added to the menu, with an 8 oz. rib-eye steak. Specialty of the house is Wildcat Scramble (named after the University of Arizona Football Team), which includes--chorizo, green chiles, onion, black beans and melted cheese with a tasty Veracruz sauce. The Good Egg is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
