When is day in Norway?

In Norway, the amount of daylight varies greatly throughout the year due to its high latitude. During the summer months (June, July, and August), Norway experiences the phenomenon known as the “midnight sun,” where the sun never completely sets below the horizon, resulting in 24 hours of daylight. In contrast, during the winter months (December, January, and February), there are only a few hours of daylight each day, with the sun often rising after 9 am and setting before 4 pm. The length of daylight in Norway gradually increases from spring to summer and decreases from summer to winter.
