River Lilly Cruise offers the only cruise service that provides guests access to Florida's backwaters and rich wildlife. Guests can board a 36-passenger covered pontoon boat and be guided by a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain. Cruises depart from the River Park Marina in Port St. Lucie. Private charters and catered event services are also available. The cruise service is open from November through June.

Loxahatchee River Adventures are offered at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, an 11,500-acre recreational establishment comprised of 13 ecological communities. The Loxahatchee River was named a National Wild and Scenic River in 1985, and visitors can explore its rich wildlife community aboard the 25-passenger, Coast Guard-certified, Loxahatchee Queen II.
