Seeing the Kilauea Volcano from the air is a unique experience. At Safari Helicopters Hawaii, you can take a 40- to 45-minute helicopter ride that takes you directly over the current volcanic activity. Some of the sights that you will see include, cinder cones, lava lakes and hot molten lava flowing into the ocean, all from the air. You will fly in on of Safari's ASTAR 350 B2-7 helicopters. On board you will be provided with Bose noise canceling headsets and a soundproof cabin to keep the noise of the rotor to a minimum. To begin the tour you will meet at a designated meeting spot near Kona and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
