The Hotel La Casona Potosi alternately refers to itself as a hotel and as a hostel. A yellow building situated on a street corner, the hotel is located just 100 meters from the Main Plaza in the center of Potosi. The building that houses the hotel was built by the Spaniards in the 18th century and contains 25 rooms. All rooms have beds -- either double beds or dorm-style bunk beds, cable TV, private bathrooms and central heating.
