The Caboose Cabin, which looks like the caboose of a train, is near the the Ash Cave State Park in a secluded area. Pets are now allowed.     • Honey Fork Properties rents out different types of cabins around Hocking Hills, including two it calls Yesteryear Rustic Cabins. These cabins sleep up to two and listed as low as $60 a night in the winter of 2010. These restored log cabins have a rustic appearance. They are located in a forested area, well off a main highway. The cabins have front porches and direct access to a private lake where guests can fish on a catch-and-release basis. Outside each cabin are picnic tables and fire rings. The air-conditioned cabins have kitchens. Guests need to bring their own food, towels and toiletries. The cabins are open throughout the year.
