The Georgia Dome is a domed stadium that is located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The stadium is home to the Atlanta Falcons football team. The Dome opened its doors in 1992 and is host to many other sporting events, including the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, concerts, religious events and the SEC college football championships.
