Wanderlust World Wanderlust World Schofield Barracks is a historic army base in the middle of the island of Oahu. Bullet holes from the famed Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor can still be seen on the base. Today the base is currently the home to 25 light infantry division which specializes in the Asian theater but has fought in Afghanistan. The base is quite large but has limited hotel accommodations on base and if you have visitors it is often necessary to book hotels off base.

This place is a military TLA(Temporary lodging allowance) approved place which means if you are on orders and can not stay in lodging on base then you are approved at government expense to stay TLA.
