Can you move out without parental permission in Florida at age 18?
In Florida, a person is considered an adult under the age of 18, so you cannot legally move out without your parents' permission. Florida Statute 743,065 (2)(3) provides an exception allowing minors that were victims of human trafficking and/or commercial sexual exploitation to obtain relief, including emancipation when their parents or custodians would or have violated those provisions for the purposes, directly or indirectly, of the minor having commercial sexual contact or commercial sexual activity.
