Guests wanting to experience both Disney Cruise Line and the Walt Disney World Resort can reserve a land and sea package. These packages are usually seven nights long, with three or four nights at sea and three or four nights at the resort. Prices for these packages vary depending on what hotel level--value, moderate or deluxe--is chosen for the resort portion of the package.
The Disney Dream--the newest Disney Cruise Line ship that is scheduled to begin sailing in January 2011--features the first water coaster at Sea. This water coaster is the AquaDuck. It features a four-deck drop and see-through tubing so riders can enjoy views of their surroundings.
As of October 2010, Disney Cruise Line destinations include the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, the Mexican Riviera and the Panama Canal. Alaska and Pacific Coast destinations are also offered for sailings that originate in Los Angeles.
