Is there a dowry law in Arkansas?

Arkansas is one of the few U.S. states without an enacted uniform premarital agreement (UPAA) statute to govern its law or a law that specifically prohibits or disallows the practice of receiving or giving a dowry or other such valuable items (or compensation) during the course of a marriage.
