How do you book a same-sex wedding in Greece?

Greece has not yet legalized same-sex marriage. Same-sex couples are not allowed to marry or register a civil partnership, and no legal framework protects them. Although some progress has been made in terms of recognising some rights for same-sex couples, such as the possibility of filing joint tax returns, Greece still has a long way to go in terms of LGBTQ+ equality.
