Oscar Wilde NYC Restaurants

The Oscar Wilde Bookshop was founded in 1967. Located in Greenwich Village in NYC, the bookstore was named after renowned author Oscar Wilde. The bookstore was the first of its kind in that it was devoted to gay and lesbian authors. Although the bookshop closed its doors in 2009, today the Oscar Wilde Society of America offers guided walking tours based on the places Oscar Wilde visited and people he interacted with.
