The One Love Gospel Cruise features nearly 50 Christian acts singing gospel music or performing comedy. The cruise also offers worship services, empowerment sessions and networking opportunities. Receptions for singles, fashion shows, organized power walks, beauty makeovers, bingo and computer workshops also are offered. The cruise sails once each year from various ports, usually for six or seven days, from the east coast. The ship stops at selected islands for excursions and sightseeing. The company charters a ship from major cruise lines such as Carnival Cruise Lines, and typically feature more than 2,000 Christian gospel lovers and more than 25 gospel singing acts. The Urban Gospel Cruise targets younger vacationers in their twenties and thirties, although everyone is free to attend. The annual cruise embarks on a four-day cruise once each year and features choir competition and Christian gospel acts. Several hundred people take part aboard a major cruise ship, such as Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas.
