    • Tuscan Women Cook takes runs week-long culinary trips to the villiage of Montefollonico where tourists will take morning cooking classes with native Italians. The hands-on classes are followed by trips to local markets, cheese makers and wine producers. Guests stay at La Chiusa, a 15-room luxury inn located in a former farmhouse and olive oil mill. Sightseeing and winery visits occur in the afternoon, and guests will also be treated to a wide variety of dining experiences at local restaurants and inns. The price of the trip includes accommodations, all meals, wine, cooking classes, sightseeing excursions, cheese and wine tastings, and market visits. Transfers to and from the airport are not included.

    Buon Appetito Verona

    • Guests on Gourmet Safari's Buon Appetito Verona tour stay and take classes in a 16th century era villa near Verona and Lake Garda. Classes are taught by award-winning chef Guiliano Hazan, author of numerous cookbooks. Wine courses and tastings are led by Marilisa Allegrini, a member of the family that owns the Allegrini vineyards. Each of the four classes is five hours long and is taught in the afternoons, culminating in dinner. Sightseeing trips to Lake Garda, the Veneto and Verona as well as five restaurant trips outside of the villa are on the trips itinerary. Included in the price of the tour are accommodations, breakfast, five meals outside of class, cooking classes and excursions on a charter bus.
