Guests on Gourmet Safari's Buon Appetito Verona tour stay and take classes in a 16th century era villa near Verona and Lake Garda. Classes are taught by award-winning chef Guiliano Hazan, author of numerous cookbooks. Wine courses and tastings are led by Marilisa Allegrini, a member of the family that owns the Allegrini vineyards. Each of the four classes is five hours long and is taught in the afternoons, culminating in dinner.
