How many national highways in meghalaya?

Meghalaya has four National Highways passing through the state. They are listed as follows:

- National Highway 6: Enters Meghalaya from Assam near Byrnihat and exits near Dawki.

- National Highway 17: Enters Meghalaya from Assam near Nongpoh and exits near Tura.

- National Highway 40: Connects Shillong with Jowai and then enters Assam near Khanapara.

- National Highway 106: Connects Shillong with Nongstoin and then enters Assam near Nongpoh.
