Honeymoon Getaways in Colorado

Newlywed couples have ample choices for honeymoon getaways in Colorado. Honeymoon getaways in Colorado offer drama with Hotel Teatro, history with the Hotel Telluride or nature with Crystal Dreams. Colorado is a four-season destination with year-round activities available to honeymooners.
  1. Hotel Teatro

    • Theatergoers in Denver do not have far to go for overnight accommodations. Located across the street from the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Hotel Teatro has strategically placed theater memorabilia in the lobby, guest rooms and parlor, including Annette Bening's costume from one of the theater productions. Hotel Teatro has luxury guest rooms elegantly decorated in damask fabrics in sage and gold tones and down duvet covers. Rooms have 12-foot ceilings and cherry wood armoires with Indonesian sandstone foyers. Luxurious marble baths include rainfall shower heads and a soaking tub with Aveda bath products. For romantic getaways, guests have a choice of two fine dining restaurants. Denver's only four-star, four-diamond restaurant, the on-site Restaurant Kevin Taylor, serves French fusion cuisine. Another choice for on-site dining is the Prima Ristorante Italian restaurant. "Travel and Leisure" includes Hotel Teatro in its "T+L 500 World's Best Hotels 2010"--one of nine Colorado hotels to receive that distinction.
