Can you move out of your house in Florida if are 17 and pregnant?

According to Florida law, a minor (someone under the age of 18) cannot legally move out of their home without the permission of their parents or legal guardian. Additionally, a pregnant minor is considered to be a dependent and is not legally emancipated. Therefore, a 17-year-old who is pregnant would not be able to move out of her house without the permission of her parents or legal guardian.
