Is there year round snow in Nunavut?

Nunavut does not have year round snow. While the average temperature in Nunavut is below freezing for most of the year, the summers can be quite warm, with temperatures reaching up to 20°C (68°F). During the summer months, the snow melts and the landscape turns green.
