Where is the spot most people die at on Mt. Everest?
The most common place people die on Mount Everest is the “Death Zone” which starts at 26,000 feet (8,000 meters) above sea level. The death zone refers to the altitudes at which the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere is insufficient to sustain human life for an extended period. The air is so thin that climbers can only breathe about one-third of the oxygen that they can breathe at sea level, and the body begins to shut down.
